Dear Major,

I thank you for your kindness.

I have been feeling a little sad in the last few days after knowing what happened and how you helped. Although it was a long time ago, the memories and the details has brought back some of the pain.  But please not feel bad as it is important to know what happened.

I am now beginning to feel better again and will hopefully carry on as usual.

I wish to express my thanks for your help, especially to Hardev, it must have meant a lot to him knowing that his friend was there.

Please look after yourself and I wish you all the best.

It was never my intention to bring back sad memories to Ms Kuldip Kaur. Nevertheless, I'm happy to note that after 37 years of waiting, finally she knew what really happened to her late husband. And all through this humble blog of mine! Must take some credit lah...He...He...He.
