Gelandangan? Ketika memberi makan kepada kucing yang terdapat di tasik Darulaman Sabtu lalu, terdengar seorang menyatakan ada juga orang yang beri makan kepada golongan gelandangan. Ini membuat saya tersenyum....kucing dikategori sebagai gelandangan/vagrants.

Ada seorang suri rumah ni yang sungguh pencinta kucing. Setiap hari beliau akan pergi ke Taman Tema ni untuk memberi makan kepada insan-Nya ini. Selain makanan, beliau turut membawa ubat, seperti gamat dan ubat mata. Kucing-kucing ni pula memang manja dengan beliau. Menurutnya, kucing2 ini lebih suka makan keluaran Tesco daripada Friskies.
Percayalah....Perbelanjaan kepada insan-Nya ini tidak memapakan, malah rezeki akan melempah, insyaAllah.
Cakap pasal perbelanjaan. Minister of Home Affairs saya memberitahu yang beliau baru2 ini membeli kuih karipap di warong berhampiran rumah. Harga sebiji - 30 sen; 2 biji - 60 sen; 3 biji - RM1! Betul ke ni? Kalau harga sebiji 35 sen, ada le logiknya jika 3 biji RM1. Isteri saya tanya lagi...kalau 5 berapa? Jawapannya....RM1.60! Sipenjual tak berganjak walaupun ini tak logik.
Agak2nya, apakah rasional sipenjual yang menetap harga kuihnya itu? Saya tiada sebarang jawapan. Sekadar buat renungan.

I think you have got it wrong, the precautionary and safety measures suggested when keeping cats or other pets of any kind is more to forewarn the owner to be extra careful as there is the likely hood of contacting some kind of ailment if he is not careful. It is certinally not to avoid or discourage one from owning or loving his pet. Even humans must be avoided when they carry serious contagious diseases ( penyakit berjankit) . That is why when hospitalized they are kept in isolation wards away from other patients and can only be visited under certain conditions. Young children are not normally allowed to accompany parents to hospital wards because children unlike adults have poor immune system and can be effected by the many germs prevalent in the hospital wads.
Even Influenza (the Flu) is a to a degree contagious and young children and the elderly are susceptible to it and must avoid being in the company of a person having the disease . I too have a pet cat named (Momo) who has been with us for 14 years now and we have many happy memories of her. She is an old girl now well past her prime and spends more time sleeping. She is part of the family and I dare say sometimes my wife lavishes more attention to her than to me.

Logik si penjual karipap, yang Temuk boleh fikirkan ialah jangan beli banyak-banyak sebab dibimbangi kita makan berlebihan. Tapi, lambat habislah karipapnya!

Down memory lane during my physics class - E=mc2...Energy equals mass times the velocity of light squared. So what exactly does the velocity of light have to do with it? and our reading about it goes on an on until it makes sense. Well, the currypuffs pakcik perhaps must have his own theory of calculation. Hahaha...perhaps in future we could also come up with our own theory, lest we managed to have our own alliby @ rationale for it ;-D. Hmmmmmm anyway...i need to brush up my arithmatics after reading this entry perhaps ?!?!!
