Panduan Protokol

As I mentioned earlier in my previous comment, you have done your part which had shown how care are you with those ex-servicemen.

I guess, they are thinking that your e-mail/request doesn't bring any cents to their pocket beside most importantly you don't have any tittle in front of your name. Unless you have some kind of Dato', Latuk, Tan Tin Tun, the next stop of such e-mail will be at city dump area.

I hope this would not stop you from continuously sending the said e-mail.

Betul pandangan Sdr Kamal tu...sapa nak tengok SP (dia lazimnya orang pencen ja)..masa dlm Khidmat pun org tak pernah ikut protokol...inikan pula di luar...pengalaman saya pula-sepanjang khidmat dulu semasa Regimental Night cuma 2 kali dok di High Table(bersama VVIP lain) itupun di Mk 2 Divisyen tahun 1991/92 di bawah Pemerintahan Mej Jen Dato'Sulaiman Kudus....syukur Alhamdulillah(Org Kedah kata-Kembang Pungkoq...mhn maaf bahasa)

Sabenarnya banyak perkara yang PATUT di buat tapi banyak pula YANG TAK DI IKUT!!!!!! wallahuaqlam.

I wish to share my experiences too.

I was once required to represent my boss in one function attended by some poliTAIK man who has quite a high position in one political party who claimed to be champion for bahasa melayu but their party's name is still using bahasa penjajah. My boss seat has been determined to be next to the VVIP.

However, during the function, I was refrained from sitting on the said chair. To my understanding, as I'm representing my boss, I should be treated the same regardless I have Latuk or Dato or Tan Tin Tun. Quite a big havoc there.

Secondly, I was flying in a group of 4 in first class MAS to Langkawi with simple T-Shirt, short and snickers for a holiday. Surprisingly a YB has asked Lead Stewardess to remove us to Economy Class just because of our dressing. Quite a big argument with interference by Aircraft Captain.

This shows that the mentality of people especially Malays who has some position namely in KERAjaan sector are no other than KERA dapat bunga. They will entertain only those who will benefit them. In this case, who is Mej Noor (Rtd) to sent such e-mail/request.

I totally agree with En. Basri on his last statement above.

Saudara Sanusi & Basri,

Nampak gayanya saya terpaksa 'apply' Datukshiplah agar carry weigh sikit...Latuk Mej Nor Ibrahim. Any 'channel' yang Malaysian masih belum renang? He..He..He.

Sanusi, next time ask the YB to hire 1 aircraft for himself. I wonder who he is, hopefully not the current serving MP/ADUN.

I do not want to mention his name as he was punished during recent GE-12 which make me happy for being so arrogant.

Squad,

We are good in making rules. We are also equally good, if not better at bending them - a case in point is the status of SPs. We say one thing and do a different thing. We are not firm on any thing - except things that really affect our pockets and ego.

One exception was last year's Merdeka celebration. The SPs and PGBs were seated infront of the retired Tan Sris (PATs). Even without looking back I could feel their stares burning holes in my back.

Squad,

Thank you for stopping by. This morning I sent an e-mail to Bhg Istiadat, JPM, enclosing your comments but not mentioning your name, of course.

Robert Rizal Abdullah berkata...

Dear Squad,

Squad ini rajin lah corresponding with various people concerned.

At this stage, I'm not bothered with what people might say of me. You can quote my names pun tak apa.

Robert Rizal Abdullah berkata...

Squad,

By the way, yesterday I entered one entry in my blog. I mentioned about you as well.

Nor Ibrahim Bin Sulaiman berkata...

Dear Squad,

Thank you. I read your posting on your brother but can't find any mention of me.

I've to keep reminding those in authority lest they might forget...out of sight, out of mind!

Mejar, saya pernah bertugas berkaitan hal-hal protokol ni.
